Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no objections to the Modify Development
Agreement application.
Please be advised Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's Ridenbaugh Canal courses through
this project. The Ridenbaugh Canal is mainly all high-fill in this area. The bank slope areas
must be protected.
The District's easement for the Ridenbaugh Canal at this location is a minimum of one
hundred feet (100'), fifty feet (50') to each side afthe centerline (facing davcrnstream).
