PHASE I: If all storm drainage is retained on-site there will be no impact on Nampa & Meridian Irrigation
District and no further review will be required.
However, if any surface drainage leaves the site, the Nampa & Meridian Irrigatian District requires that a Land
Use Change Application is filed for review prior to final platting. Please contact Suzy Hewlett at 466-7861 for
further information.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. The developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805. It is
recommended that irrigation water be made available to all developments witlrin the Nampa & Meridian
Irrigation District.
FUTURE PHASES: The District's Kennedy Lateral courses along the north-east boundary of the future phases
of this proposed project. The District's easement far the Kennedy Lateral at this location is a xninixnuxn of iifty-
five feet (55'), twenty feet (20') to the left and thirty feet (30') to the right of the centerline (facizag downstream),
This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved
plan before any construction is started is unacceptable.
A Land Use Change Application will be required at the time these phases are deve3oped.
