Bill,
Thanks for forwarding the staff report to me so promptly. I wanted to comment on Item 10 regarding
staff comments. Staff is right with regards to lots 3,5,8 and 9 of block 2 needing a revised
footprint. Our submittal included the two story plan which is designed to fit on those particular
lots. This plan is 32 feet wide so as not to encroach on the existing easements and fit on the lots with
reduced frontage.
I trust this will resolve that concern with Staff and if there are any questions please let me know.
