Dear Mr. Parsons:
We have reviewed the staff report for the project referenced above and have the following
comments: .
1. In a couple of locations, the report indicates that the applicant has not submitted any
development applications in conjunction with the comprehensive plan amendment
application. The applicant has subsequently submitted a rezone application and an
application to modify the existing development agreement.
2. Letter from Idaho Transportation Department -
Representatives from Idaho Transportation Department indicate that the application does
not include a collector road. The road shown on the western edge of the project, as
depicted on Exhibit A of the application, is intended to operate as a collector road. It is
expected that this road will be extended beyond the property boundaries to the north.
