Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendations and the Staff Report for the Una
Mas preliminary plat application (PP-08-007). This item is scheduled to be on the City Council agenda
on October 28, 2008. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Idaho Avenue, beginning at
7:00 pm. Please call or a-mail with any questions.
