As you and I discussed on the phone, some of the conditions of approval in Exhibit B have already been met and should be noted accordingly: • Section 1.1.1 -Requires the current application and modification of the development agreement. • Section 1.1.5b -Applicant applied for the Alternative Compliance required in this section. The request was granted in a letter from Caleb Hood dated September 30, 2008. I understand the Applicant's engineer may have additional information clarifying a few other matters, but I believe we can generally say that we agree with staff (and appreciate your hard work).
