NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS F~EREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the
Laws of the State o~ Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a
public hearing at thejMeridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00
p.m. on Tuesday, 'October 28, 2008, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the
application AZ 08-0(~1 of Relo Development for Annexation and Zoning of 9.06 acres from
the RUT & R1 zoning districts in Ada County to the C-G zoning district for Overland Village
located at 3330 E. Overland Road.
A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Planning Department,
33 E. Broadway, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through
Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Planning Department at (208) 884-
5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is available to review upon
request.
Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is
welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes
per person. Written materials should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 33 E. Broadway,
Meridian, Idaho 83642, (208) 888-4433 or fax (208) 888-4218 no later than seven (7) days prior
to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing.
All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian.
Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents and/or hearings, please
contact the City Cler~C's Office at (208) 888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the public meeting.
The Ada County Highway District may also conduct public meetings regarding this
application. If you h~ve questions about the traffic that this development may generate or the
impact of that traffic lon streets in the area, please contact the Ada County Highway District at
