South Property Line Fence
Dear Mr. and Mrs. West:
As stated on the public record at the May I, 2003 Meridian Planaing Commission
hearing, Hear Creek LLC is o@'ering to remove the existing wrought iron fence and share
in the installation cost of a 5' solid white vinyl fence along your east property line. The
construction of the fence is planned to occur in conjunction w8h our Phase 6 plat in ]ate
July-early August. The estimated cost is 316 per lineal foot installed. Bear Creek LLC
will obtain an exact bid within 30 days prior to wnstruction and the final price will be
determined art that time. We have attached a preliminary cost esfimate for your review.
Please indicate your willingness to participate in this cost-sharing agreement on the
attached letter and mail back to us in the enclosed emek~pe. Please wntact me if you
have any questions or require additional information.
