Dear Mr. and Mrs. West:
As stated on the public rECOrd at the May l , 2003 Meridian Planning Commission
hearing, Bear Creek LLC is offering to remove the existing wrought iron fence and share
in the installation cost of a 5' solid white vinyl fence along your east property line. The
construction of the fence is planned to occur in conjunction with our Phase 6 plat in late
July-early August. The estimated cost is 316 per lines] foot installed. Bear Creek LLC
will obtain an exact bid within 30 days prior to construction and the 5na1 price will be
determined at that time. We have attached a preliminary cost estimate for your review.
Please indicate your willingness to participate in this cost-sharing agreement on the
attached letter and mail back to us in the encMsed envelope. Please contact me if you
have any questions or require additional information.
