The construction of the fence is planned to occur in conjunction with our Phase 6 plat in late July-early August. The estimated cost is 316 per lines] foot installed. Bear Creek LLC will obtain an exact bid within 30 days prior to construction and the 5na1 price will be determined at that time. We have attached a preliminary cost estimate for your review. Please indicate your willingness to participate in this cost-sharing agreement on the attached letter and mail back to us in the encMsed envelope.
