Meridian, ID 83642
Gentlemen:
110 East Third Street
Meridian, Idaho 83642
Phone (208) 888-1202
We hereby request the City of Meridian annex our property located on the southwest
corner of Ustick and Linder Road and the north side of Ustick west of Linder
Road as per attached maps and descriptions. The parcel consists of approximately
97 acres plus or minus, to be called Stubblefield Development. We intend to sub-
divide the property into residential lots, approximately four per acre. This
follows the guide lines of the comprehensive plan and is comparative in size
and density of the new subdivision in the area, Glenfield Manor and Sunnybrook
Farm.
We are contiguous with the city limits. Sewer lines are on the property along
the east and north boundaries. Water can be extended up Linder Road.
We meet the criteria for annexation. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
A. H. Stubblefield

Comment
Located on North Linder
East of Sunnybrook Farms Annex
1. Policy of No enclaves requires that this be denied
This causes an enclave of approximately equal size to this parcel
2. Meridian Post Office
No Comment now will desire to see the final plat.
3. Central Dist. Health Dept.:
1) Have no objections to Annexation
2) Approve this for Central sewage and Central water.
3) Plans for Community sewage and Central water.
4) Street runoff is not to create mosquito breeding problem.
4. Fire Chief Roger Welker:
The Meridian Fire Dept. does not recommend approval of this development
1) The development will cause enclaves in City limits.
2) The ground North of Ustick Rd. shows no access from existing roads.
3) There is nothing to show density or type of construction.
5. Joseph Glaisyer:
I do not recommend Annexation. I prefer to have a handle on the City
Ordinances prepared by Ada Planning.
6. Richard Williams:
1) Recommend "A" Residential annexations be tabled until zoning
ordinances are completed.
2) An enclave is created
3) What are amenities to City
4) Do not recommend approval for that portion North of Ustick at all.
7. Planning and Zoning: December 119 1978 Recommend Tabled.
