Dear Planning Department,
Applicable code requires that the site of application be appropriately posted and that the City
of Meridian be appropriately notified of such posting, I hereby certify the following has
occurred (per ordinance and as directed by staff}:
1. What: Two signs were posted on the property
2. Where: Signs were placed on the property along the public road right-oE way.
3, When: On October 2"d, 2008 at least 10 days prior to scheduled hearing (see
attached photos).
