I own approximately 80 acres on multiple parcels south and east of the proposed
development at the NW corner of Amity and Meridian Roads. I have spoken to my
neighbors and have discussed the project with Hawkins Cpmpanies representative Lance
Evans and am in support the project as proposed.
Our family will frequently travel to Kona to do our shopping; it is easier than dealing
with the congestion in Meridian and on Fairview and Eagle roads
We do not need additional residential development in this area, adjacent to an arterial
;load. T believe that a commercial development at this location is needed for area
residents and would be beneficial to all of South Meridian.
