We believe this application constitutes a Conditional Use as determined by city policy, is harmonious and consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, is harmonious in character with the general vicinity and will not adversely affect neighboring uses. The following was discussed: 1. Add a few planters and trees to break up the parking areas. 2. Add a sidewalk around perimeter parking areas in order to accommodate pedestrian traffic. 3. Include a handrail between sidewalks and Drive thru in order to separate pedestrians from Drive Thru traffic. 4. Add Handicapped parking close to building. At the end of the discussion, we felt the project to be much better and more accommodating to the center.
