I own property adjacent to the above development. I have attached a vicinity map showing
the location of my property just west of Oakcreek Subdivision on McMillan Road.
I would tike to have this letter entered into the record as testimony in regards to the above
development and how it will affect my property.
First, I am aware that this phase of Oakcreek Subdivision will sewer by gravity into the
Blackcat Trunk line. Also, I know that part of my property will not sewer by gravity into this
same trunk, however, part of it will as long as the sewer lines crossing Oakcreek are installed
at minimum slopes at maximum depths. Therefore, I hereby request that you require the
developers of Oakcreek to install their sewer tines at this maximum depth and allow me to
extend these sewer lines into my property as far as they will reasonably serve without
excessive land fill. My preliminary studies indicate that approximately 30 acres could be
served by gravity to the Blackcat trunk.
Second, I understand that the developers of Oakcreek are required to master plan a new
sewer trunk along the Five Mile Creek and to install a temporary sewage pumping station
somewhere on their property. This new Five Mile Creek trunk line will also serve the balance
of my property, and a lift station will be required. Therefore, I hereby request that you
require the developers of Oakcreek to include my property in this sewer planning endeavor.
