Provide all street improvements to Ada County Highway Districts Standards, Specifications, and Policies. 2. Restrict lot access to Cherry Lane (a minor arterial), similar note to appear on plat. 3. Require 40 feet right-of-way for Cherry Lane. 4, Temporary cul -dei -sac not required on Leonard Drive. 5.
