NOTICE IS HRREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Ordinances of the
City of Meridian and the laws of the State of Idaho, that a hearing
before the Planning & Zoning Commission will be held at the City
Hall in the City of Meridian, at the hour of 8.:00 p.m., on Monday, I
May 14, 1979, and before the City Council of the City of Meridian,
at the City Hall in the City of Meridian, at the hour of 7:30 p. m.,
on Monday, May 21, 1979, for the purpose of issuing a Conditional
L7se Permit to Char-'lies Catering, 101 West Pine, in Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, for .a catering business.
Any and all interested parties shall be heard at the above
