NOTICE OF ANNEXATION AidD BONING HEARING
NOTICE is herebygiven, pursuant to the Ordinances of the
City of Meridian, that a hearing will be held at the City Hall
in the City of Meridian, at the hour of 7:30 P.M,, on Monday,
September 9, 1974, for the purpose of annexing and zoning of the
following described property.
Any and all interested parties
shall be heard at said meeting.
The following described property to be known as "Railroad
Annexation" and to be zoned "D" Industrial:
A portion of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise
Meridian and a portion of Section 7, Township 3 North, Range 1
East, Boise Meridian, all in Ada County, Idaho, and more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at the South one-quarter corner of Section 12,
T. 3Pd., R. 1W,, B.M., Ada County, Idaho and running Northerly
1445.8 feet, more or less, along the Plorth-South one-quarter
line of said Section 12 to a point on the Southerly right of
way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, said point being the
