FOR THE PRELIMINARY AND
FINAL PLAT
This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on the 13th day of May, 2003,
upon the Applicant's time application for a one (1) year extension for the preliminary and final
plat, which was originally approved in May of 2002, as provided in § 12-3-6 B, and good cause
appearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
1. The above named Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period of
time until June 1, 2004, of this Order for the preliminary and final plat for the
above entitled subdivision application.
By action of the City Council at its regular meeting on the '`day of
