We ~do not think it is an appropriate location fora "mixed use" area and we think it should remain as a residential area. I am confident that we could have a majority of our neighbors sign a pettion expressing their wishes to have this property remain zoned as residential. Please let me know if a petition would be a helpful tool to express oposition to the proposed change. I wanted to attend the hearing this evening but I have a scheduling conflict and I have a couple of questions that I was hoping you could answer. Will the minutes from tonight's hearing be availiable for the public? What are the next steps in the process and how can I participate? Could I get a copy of the plat showing the proposed changes? Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Christian Christian Buhler C:208-403-8542 3005 W.
