I !'ive on 40 acres about a 91~of a mile south of your project. There is a big need for shopping in this area, especially with the rising gas costs and the large amount of traffic that has to travel north of the freeway to shop. I do have some concerns and would like to express them to you. 9 . I am oonc~rned about the water fable level if you should be n3quired to drill water wells. 2. Traffic cvnfirol -there may be a need for frontage roads. 3. Quality of cronstnaction 4. I do quesEion the need for mixed use zoning instead of a commercial zoning. It seems there is plenty of empty lots and houses in the valley already. What we need is more areas for shopping and an environmenf that will cxeate more jobs.
