Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendations and the Staff Report for the
proposed preliminary plat application for Una Mas (PP-OS-007). This item is scheduled to be on the City
Council agenda on September 23, 2008. The public hearing will be held at City Ha11, 33 E. Idaho
Avenue, beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call or a-mail with any questions.

Re: Una Mas Subdivision -Preliminary Plat. Continuance Request
Please accept this as a request by Una Mas LLC to continue the September 23'~ Preliminary
Plat hearing for the Una Mas Subdivision until a later daze.
The purpose for the continuance is to allow ongoing discussion with an adjacent property
owner for joint development of the properties to reach a conclusion that would change the
proposed subdivision configuration to be concluded.
Both properties are committed to completing the negotiation within the next three weeks:
QVe therefore request a continuance to a date after October 15, 2008.
