Also, that you did not participate with Mr. Alleman when he placed a 4" line in this area. It will be necessary for you to pay a share in the laying of the water line that is now being placed iii your area. This smaller line will be abandoned in the near future and it will be appreciated if arrangements can be made in order that an orderly change -over can be provided.
