Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above-referenced application.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian h~-igation District
must review drainage plans. The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3$05.
It is recommended that irrigation water be made available to all developrneuts within the
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District.
