Access to Eagle Road should be at locations that comply with the ITD access policy and the Eagle Road
Infrastructure Plan only. We are requesting a condition of the CUP be that the access shown on the site plan
will be temporary until such time that River Valley Street is constructed. When River Valley Street is
constructed the temporary access will be removed and all access will be from River Valley Street.
Any and all access points, and any other amenities such as landscaping within the right of way, will require
a permit from ITD. Access issues should be resolved as soon as passible.
Any work done on the State Right of Way will require a permit. Permit applications are available from this
office. Please have the applicant contact Matt Ward at 8150 Chinden Blvd. 83714 in Boise or call (20$) 334-
8341 to obtain a permit application.
