Dear Mr. Parsons:
To process the applications for the above-referenced project simultaneously, we would like to
request that the hearing dates for this project be changed as shown below:
Planning and Zoning Commission -hearing for rezone application and development
agreement modification -please change from September 18~' 2008 to October 2, 2008.
City Council -hearing for comprehensive plan azxxendment, rezone and development
agreement application --please postpone hearing for comprehensive plan amendment and
schedule hearing date for rezone and development agreexent applications for
November S, 20D8.
