RE: Relinquishment of Easement and Agreement to Vacation of Existing Easement at Crestwood
Subdivision No. 1.
Deaz Janet:
We aze currea0y re-platting portions of Crestwood Subdivision No. 1 by the play of Havasu Creek
Subdivision and need to vacate the existing easements along the lot lines to be re-platted. By signing this
document, your company relinquishes its interest in the below-described easement and agrees to the vacation
of said easements by the City of Meridian pursuant [o Idaho Code 50-1306A (5).
Description: Those easements created by Ore recorded plat of Crestwood Subdivision No. 1 as described
below:
The North 20.00 feet of Lot 8, the South 5.00 feet of Lot 8, the North 5.00 feet of Lot 9, and Ore West 10.00
feet of Lot 8 and 9, all of Crestwood Subdivision No. I, as recorded in Book 28 of Plats at pages 1757 and
1758, Ada County Recorder's Office.
Please review the attached final plats of these above mentloned new plats, and submit to us any existing or
additional easements that need to be created or retained. Please execute this letter approving the vacation of
easements by the City of Meridian.

Dear Mr. Marks:
Per your request, enclosed is Idaho Power Company's (IPC) original unrecorded Partial
Release of Easement for the above-mentioned lots. As you are aware, IPC retain a small
portion of the platted rights to accommodate its anchor. After this document is recorded,
I would appreciate a copy for my records. For your convenience I am enclosing a
postage-paid,self-addressed envelope.

Partial Release of Easement
WHEREAS, by platted subdivision recorded in Plat Book 28, at Pages 1757 through 1758,
in the records of Ada County, State of Idaho, Crestwood Subdivision No. 1, granted to IDAHO
POWER COMPANY an easement (the "Easement") for [he construction, operation and
maintenance of certain power line facilities upon the following premises located in Ada County,
State of Idaho, to-wit:
Creswood Subdivision No. 1 - A portion of Section 31, Township 4 North, Range 1
East, BM., Ada County, Idaho.
AND, WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary or desirable that a certain portion of the
Easement be retained.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, IDAHO POWER COMPANY does
hereby release and abandon that certain portion of the Easement over the following described lands:
The North 20.00 feet of Lat 8, the South 5.00- feet of Lot 8, the North 5.00 feet of Lot 9 and
the West 10.00 feet of Lots 8 and 9, all of Crestwood Subdivision No. 1. EXCEPTING
THEREFROM: That portion of the existing easement being the North 20.00 feet of the
Easi 35.00 feet of Lat 8, Crestwood Subdivision Na. 1; located in the NEl/a of Section 31,
Township 4 North, Range 1 East, B.M., Ada County, Idaho being mare particularly
described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 31, Township 4
North, Range 1 East, B.M.; thence S00°33'4I"W 660.00 feet along the east line of said
Section 31 to a point; thence N89 46'01 "W 33.00 feed to the northeast corner of Lot 8,
Crestwood Subdivision Na. 1, said point being the Real Point of Seginnang; thence
S00°33'41 "W 20.00 feet along the east line of said Lot 8 fo a point; thence N89 46'01 "W
35.00 feet to a point; thence N00°33'41 "E 20.00 feet to a paint ott the North boundary of
said Loa 8; thence 58946'01 "E 35.00 feet along said north boundary to the Real Point of
Beginning of this descripaion.
AIJ., RIGHTS and privileges under the above-described da;umeni in and to [he remaining
lands covered by the Easement and any and all prescriptive or other rights the Grautee has acquired
through occupancy and use over time of said mma;ning lands shall remain and continue m the
Grantee and shall not be affected in any way hereby.

Description: Those easements seated by the recorded plat of Crestwood Subdivision No. 1 as described
