Anna, Mayor DeWeerd, neighbors and others,
I cannot be at the City Council meeting tonight. I have a conflicting engagement at the Idaho Botanical Garden
where we are electing new board members for the Lunaria League. I believe my position and that of the HOA
board is clear, we oppose a 24hr video rental kiosk adjacent to our neighborhood. I believe it is within the city's
authority to require the unit be placed inside the McDonalds building where it will be under the supervision of the
staff during normal business hours. Your neighbor city (Eagle) made just such a stipulation on the RedBox
application in their town.
Please let me know the results of this application.
