Bill,
Based on your recommendation for continuation in your staff report and the need to re-advertise for the
change in requested zoning designation we request a continuance of AZ-08-005 to October 16, 2008.
Additionally, the continuance to the October date will provide the Ada County Highway District and
Idaho Department of Transportation time to process their review of the Transportation Impact Analysis
from Kittelson and Associates and submit their comments to the City.
If there is any concern or issue with the deferral request of AZ-08-005, please contact me as soon as
possible.
