OWNED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GTVEN: That pursuant to the provisions of
Section 50-1008 Idaho Code, and a Resolution of the City Council
of the City of Meridian, Qda County, Idaho, adopted at a regular
' meeting thereof May , 1966, in accordance, with the provisions
`of'said Statute, the City Council of the -said City of Meridian
hereby offers for sale, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter
stated, and subject to acceptance and approval by the said City
Council, all the right, title and interest of the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, of, in and to that certain lot, piece or parcel
of xeal'property, not used as a public park, playground, or public
building site, nor needed for municipal purposes by the said City
of Meridian, situate, lying and being in Ada County, Idaho,
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the SE -14 of Section 12,
Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, in Ada
County, Idaho; thence South along the Wcst line of said
SE -'4, 652 feet to a point, the real place of beginning;
thence East parallel to the North line of saidSE4;.330
feet to a point; thence South 8 feet to a paint; thence
West 330 feet to the West line of said SE -14; thence North
8 feet to.,the•real place of beginning.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:- (1) All bids must be in
writing, sealed and filed with the Cit Clerk of the City of
Meridian, on or before nr1966. (2) Said
tract will be sold separately and all bids filed shall be made
for separate bids for said tract. (3) All bids filed. shall be
accompanied by the full amount bid. .(4) The City Council re. -
serves the right to reject any and all bids." (5) This Notice is
