APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
HO.
AN DRDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
512, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
DCTOBER 1, 1989 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1990: APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
IDAHO, IN THE SUM DF S475,149.00 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
Be it Ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Meridian, Idaho:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 512, The Appropriation
Ordinance for the City of Meridian, Idaho, for the fiscal year
commencing October 1, 1989 and ending September 30, 1990, be and
the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of S55,149.00 be appropriated out of
the revenues from Federal Drug Grant and the additional sum of
5420,000.00 be appropriated out of the revenues from the
construction fund and participants contribution, to be used for
authorized activities.
Section 2. This shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication.
PASSED 6y the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Idaho, this 5th day of June, 1990.
