AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING A PORTION OF THE NE 1/4 OF
SECTION 19, T. 3 N., R. 1 E., B.M., ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIUE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of
Meridian have concluded that it is in the best interest of said
City to annex to the said City real property which is
hereinbelow described:
PARCEL A
A parcel of land being the W 1/2 of the NW i/4 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 19, T. 3N., R. lE., Boise Meridian,
except the Northerly 300.00 feet of the W 1/2 of the W
1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 19, T. 3N.,
R. lE., Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the brass cap marking the one-quarter
corner common to Sections 18 and 19;
thence North 89°43'43" East along the North boundary
of Section 19 for a distance of 331.14 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being on .the
Nort -Bout center ine o the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 of said Section 19;
thence continuing North 89°43'43" East along said
North boundary for a distance of 331.14 feet to the
North-South centerline of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
said Section 19;

East-West centerline of the NE 1/4 of said Section 19;
thence South 89° 45'52" West along said East-West
centerline for a distance of 661,74 feet to the North-

centerline of said Section 19, for a distance of
1,025.35 feet;

County, Idaho, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the brass cap marking the one-quarter
corner common to Sections 18 and 19;
thence North 89°43'43" East along the North boundary
of Section 19 for a distance of 331.14 feet to the
North-South centerline of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 of said Section 19;
thence South 0°34'37" West along said North-South
centerline for a distance of 300.00 feet;
thence South 89°43'43" West, for a distance of 331.08
feet to the North-South centerline of said Section 19;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:

zoned R-4, to-wit:

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of
the legal description and map which shall plainly and clearly
designate the boundaries of said property, to be filed with the
Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax
Commission within ten (10) days following the effective date of
this Ordinance.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as
required by law.
