WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to annex to the said City real property which is hereinbelow described: PARCEL A A parcel of land being the W 1/2 of the NW i/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 19, T. 3N., R. lE., Boise Meridian, except the Northerly 300.00 feet of the W 1/2 of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 19, T. 3N., R. lE., Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the brass cap marking the one-quarter corner common to Sections 18 and 19; thence North 89°43'43" East along the North boundary of Section 19 for a distance of 331.14 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being on .the Nort -Bout center ine o the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 19; thence continuing North 89°43'43" East along said North boundary for a distance of 331.14 feet to the North-South centerline of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 19; AMBROSE, FITZG ERAID 8 CROOKSTON Attorneys antl Counaeloro P.O. Section 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
