SUBJECT: Cottage Homes Subdivision AKA Fullmer Subdivision
The Meridian Fire Department would like to request that conditions of approval 3.9 & 1.2.12 for the hearing date
of August 26, 2008 contained in Exhibit °B" requiring the installation of emergency access gate/bollards across
the east end of the access road be removed. By removing this condition of approval will allow improved access to
the existing fire hydrants on Cathy Lane and emergency access/response to the Cottage Homes Subdivision and
Cathy Lane will be improved.
