Since ACHD did not receive the map from the City of Meridian and no staff was prepared and there are a number
of significant issues that were not communicated to the applicant until the last minute, we request Trade Plaza
Subdivision preliminary plat PP 08-005 not be heard at the August 21, 2008, public hearing of the Meridian
Planning and Zoning Commission and that be rescheduled for the Commission's September 18, 2008, hearing.
