Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above-referenced application.
However please be aware there are pressure irrigation lines in this area.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be reta.ined
on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District must review
drainage plans. The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
It is recommended that irrigation water be rnade available to all developments within the Nampa
& Meridian Irrigation District.
