Computer time: Actual computer time rate is $47.50 per hour. Of this, Garden City uses approx. 20 minutes per month. This would mean Garden City should be charged $15.84 per month for time on the computer in processing reports. This fee will include paper and operator charges. 2. Keypunch time: Keypunch operators work approx. one hour per day in entering Garden City data. Personnel time rate is $3.35 per hour. This would mean Garden City should be charged $67.00 per month for keypunch personnel time. Total computer Lime: $15.84 Total keypunch time: $67.00 Total charges: 8 .84 per month The above figures are based on actual processing time and material now being expended for Garden City Police Department. I have reviewed the quantity of dispatch material being produced daily at this time by the Meridian Police Department. The Peridian data and the Garden City Data figures are so close to each other. that the differance is insignificant.
