Dear Caleb,
This letter is in response to your request for a follow up letter concerning the City of
Meridians Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Decision & Order for the proposed
NorthHickory Condominiums Short Plat (SHP-08-006). I have read this report and I
agree with everything in the report, and I have not found any comments or concerns
that I need to address on the Final Plat. I do not plan on attending the City Council
Hearing on August 12, 2008 do to a prior commitment. Please contact me if you have
any questions or concerns.
