Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment and the request for Annexation and Re2one of the
property located at the northwest corner of~S.. Eagle Road and E. Victory Road for the following
reasons:
1 The Ciry of Meridian has already approved in the recent past more than ZO acres of
property designated as commercial in the area for neighborhood commercial uses. No more
commercial properTy is needed and additional commercial property will change the chaz•acter of

2 The proposed access unto this project makes the intersection at Eagle and Victory more
