Subject: Request for deferral of AZ08-005, NWC of Amity and Meridian Roads -DATE ADDED
Bill,
In follow up to our meeting with you and Anna yesterday, we would like to proceed with the Comprehensive Plan
Amendment CPA-08-004 and hereby request a deferral of our Annexation and Zoning application AZ-08-005. We
are requesting the deferral to September 4, 2008, based on your and Anna's acknowledgement that the
Comprehensive Plan Amendment application will still go forward with a recommendation of approval. The
additional time will allow us to continue to work with staff to address those items of concern outlined in the AZ
staff report before presenting that application to the Commission.
If there is any concern or issue with the deferral request of AZ-08-005, please contact me as soon as possible.
