We have reviewed the staff report for the above-referenced projec#. With the following minor
revisians, the staff report is accepta,ble to the properry owner:
1. Please change #he applicant from Primeland Invesiment Crroup, LLC to Primeland
Development Co., LLP. This was our error on the applicatian form.
2. Please note that Exhibit A-1, the "Site" is depicted as the entire area at the northwest corner
of Ten 1dlile and McMilian Roads. Technically, the site does not include the commercial area
at the northwest corner.
3. Finaily, please nate that the conditions of appravai from ACHD are not actually conditions of
approval. Their staff report indicates that these items aze "findings that the District may
identify when it reviews a future development application."
