THE CITY OF MERIDIAN will hold a public hearing
on August 7, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at the Meridian
City Hall (33 E. Idaho Ave. Meridian, Idaho).
PURPOSE:
(1) Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment (CPA08-004)
40.5 acres from Medium Density Residential to Mixed Use —
Regional.
(2) Annexation and Zoning (AZ08-0005)12.61 acres from RUT
in Ada County to R-8 (Medium Density Residential) 5.52 acres,
L-0 (Limited Office) 3.11 acres and G -C (General Commercial)
64.04 acres.
PROPERTY LOCATION: Northwest Corner of Amity Road and Me-
ridian Road
