Reason for Chartge Ord~: Extra work was requlred by ACHD in repairing asphait on
Ashby St where the sewer was insfialled,145 feet of ele~cMcal conduit was
installed which extends to the electrical souroe for the building, and the
addition of a 276 cfm fan as requested by Meridian Cit~+ Electrical Inspector
