Item 15-Project: Broadway Integrated Project (The Applicant has requested continuance
of the appeal until August 12, 2008)
The City Council continued the public hearing item to allow the applicant time to coordinate
with Union Pacific to try and extend the lease on the Old Idaho Truss site. Council had concerns
with the 30 day clause of the existing lease.
