Staff has been made aware that the applicant for the Messina Meadows final plat
modification and variance application failed to post notice of the public hearing on
the property for the July 22, 2008, City Council hearing. Staff is requesting the
Council continue the public hearing for the Messina Meadows applications
(MFP-08-005 and VAR-O8-005) to August 26, 2008, so the applicant can place
public notice on the property. ~
