RE: Dorado Subdivision - Development Agreement Modification (MI-08-004)
Staff requests that the application to modify the recorded Development Agreement (DA)
for porado Subdivision to include Lot 14, Block 1, Dorado Subdivision in the requirement for
fencing along the west property boundary be withdrawn. The developer of Dorado Subdivision
chose to install fencing along the west property boundary adjacent to Mr. Bill Yearous' property
as requested in the DA modification application rather than go through the DA modificarion
process_ Thus, a DA modification is not necessary.
