Chief, you have investigated the applicant. Gordon: Yes I have. Kingsford: And they have a State license, in fact a temporary license is that right? Gordon: Yes sir. Kingsford: Any questions of the chief from the Council? Gordon: I have not found anything in his background that would eliminate him from obtaining a City License. Morrow: That being the case 1 would move that we grant Mike Elliott doing business as Spanky Inc. which is doing business as the 127 Club the necessary Meridian City licenses. Yerrington: Second Kingsford: Moved by Walt, second by Max to approve of granting the 127 Club, Spanky Inc. a liquor license, all those in favor? Opposed? MOTION CARRIED: All Yea Kingsford: Was there a request for a pro-rating of the license? Motrow: Not that I am familiar with. Kingsford: 1 am unaware of that too. I don't know if that was asked. If it is, I wonder if I could have permission from the Council to negotiate that not lower than at least a 4th since there is a 4th left.
