Dear Mr. Parsons:
My name is Cynthia Robertson and I reside at 1290 E. Cougar Creek Drive in Meridian, next door to
the Conndra Steeves Preschool. I have lived next door to the preschool since it opened for
business and have had a good relationship with the current owner and the applicant for change of
ownership, Michelle Hutchiings. The current owner and Ms. Hutchings have been good,
courteous neighbors and have always been responsive to my requests. I am not aware of any
reason the proposed change in owership should not be approved.
