HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice of HearingCITY.OF MERIDIAN NOTICE Of HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2008, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application PP 08-004 of Cottage Investors, LLC for a Preliminary Plat with 6 residential building lots and 1 common lot in an R-8 zone on approximately 4.7 acres for Maxfield Subdivision; Furthermore, the applicant requests application CUP 08-008 for Conditional Use Permit approval consisting of Assisted Living Facilities containing 5 buildings with 15 beds in an R-8 zone for the proposed Maxfield Subdivision located at 3295 E. Falcon Drive. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Planning Department, 660 E. Watertower Lane Suite 202, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Planning Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is available to review upon request. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 33 E. Idaho Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642, (208) 888-4433 or fax (208) 888-4218 no later than seven~ (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian. The Ada County Highway District may also conduct public meetings regarding this application.
