We poured over the report yesterday with the client and have decided that we (client and TLG) would prefer to
defer our meeting at P&Z so that we can discuss some of the report with you. You've provided a very detailed
report/analysis; however, after careful review it appears that some of the following comments and/or
conditions of approval may require additional clarification or adjustment:
The skilled nursing sections/references
Utility extension and location (public works conditions)
3. Easement requirements
4. Fire dept comments/conditions
5. Permitting issues and timing
6. ACHD staff report (still missing)
7. And a few other misc. items.
We'd rather not take up valuable hearing time as we try to clarify and adjust some of these important and
potentially complicated items. It will be much easier to address now than during a hearing or with a letter of.
clarification. With that said, we request that vou defer our scheduled hearing of May 15, 20Q8 to the next
available P&Z meeting. We would like to schedule some time later on this week or early next week to discuss
with you. t have some time Wednesday morning at 8:30 to 9:30 or Friday morning (the earlier the better). I'll
be in meetings all morning (today), so please confirm a meeting time with Ken Nguyen (from our office). Also,
please confirm that you've received our requested deferral so that we know if we need to attend the meeting
on Thursday night.
