This Task Order is issued by City and accepted by the Engineer pursuant to the mutual
promises, covenants and conditions contained in the Master Agreement befinreen the
above mentioned parties dated January 1, 2007.
PRV SCADA INSTALLATION AND PROGRAMMING
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Installation of radios at 4 PRV locations including PLC and WonderWare programming.
• Determine the electrical service requirements
• Coordinate the power facilitation with IPCO for a 4 RTU locations.
• Develop standard electrical detail drawing for radio cabinet and antenna
mounting.
• Develop site drawings for all location showing antenna and electrical service
locations.
• Complete the programming for all 4 PRV locations and at the new base station.
• Complete the WonderWare and SQL Server programming at the water
department.
EXCLUDED COSTS
Incidental costs associated with the installation of electrical equipment, radios and
PLCs.
TIME OF PERFORMANCE
Anticipated duration of 10 working days from notice to proceed.
COMPENSATION
The Not-To-Exceed amount for this Task Order #0767 is three thousand, four hundred
dollars ($3,400.00) and will be billed on a time and material basis for actual time
expended based on the schedule below.
• Principal Engineer, PE: $115.00 per hour
• Engineer Level II: $95.00 per hour
• Project Manager: $90.00 per hour
• Engineer Level I: $85.00 per hour
• Programmer: $85.00 per hour
• Senior Designer: $80.00 per hour
• Designer: $75.00 per hour
• Drafting: $60.00 per hour
• Clerical: $45.00 per hour
• Reimbursable expenses, if any will be billed at cost plus 10 percent.
ALL CLAIMS FOR REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES MUST INCLUDE COPIES
OF ALL RECEIPTS.
