Brad,
Fifty years ago a blanket easement was recorded on the entire site for power. A couple of weeks ago the
easement was vacated by Idaho Power (see attachment). New power easement are included on the plat that
should be recorded in the next couple of weeks.

Release of Easement
WHEREAS~/ by easement, dated December 18, 1948, and recorded April 21, 1949, as
Instrument Numbei` 286004 of the records of Ada County, State of Idaho, Charles A. Enlow and
Norma Jean Enlow, husband and wife, granted to IDAHO POWER COMPANY an easement for
the construction, operation and maintenance of certain power line facilities upon the following
premises located in Ada. County, State of Idaho, to-wit:
A portion of Lot Five of Fruitvale Subdivision, said subdivision being in Section 29 and 32
in Township 4 North, Range 1 East, B.M., commencing 177 ft from the Southeast corner of
said Lot 5 on the South boundary line thereof, said point being the True Place of Beginning;
thence North parallel with the West line of said lot, 613.8 ft., more or less, to .the north
boundary line of said Lot 5; thence West a~Ong the North boundary line of said Lot 5, 455.6-
ft to the Northwest corner of said Lot; thence South along the West line of said lot 379.75 ft
to a point representing the Northwest boundary line of the land known as the school
grounds; thence Easterly along the North boundary line of said school ground a distance of
366 ft to the Northeast corner of said school grounds; thence South along the East line of
said school grounds 234-feet to the South boundary line of said Lot 5; thence East along
South boundary line of said lot, 89.6 ft to a point and Place of Beginning. Containing
approx. 5 acres.
AND, WHEREAS, the continuance of such easement is no longer necessary or desirable;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the said IDAHO POWER
COMPANY does hereby release and abandon the said rights and easement hereinabove referred to
and described, with the intent that the same shall forthwith cease, determine and be extinguished.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, IDAHO POWER COMPANY has caused these presents to be
executed by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized this ~ day of June, 2008.
